EmoPulse Clinic is licensed to clinics for wellness-support use under a written agreement. It is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis or to make clinical decisions on its own.
Subject to a written agreement and these terms, GV66 Corp grants the contracting clinic a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access EmoPulse Clinic for the duration of the subscription, solely for providing wellness-support during consultations. No source code, models, or rights are transferred.
EmoPulse, including its ontological state-vector architecture, software, and design, is owned by GV66 Corp and protected by applicable law. Third-party open-source components (including the face-api.js library and its models) are used under their respective licenses and remain the property of their authors.
The service provides estimated wellness indicators derived from facial expression and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or clinical validity. It is not a medical device under the EU MDR and is not a substitute for professional judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GV66 Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for clinical decisions made using the tool. The clinic remains responsible for patient care.
Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement between EmoPulse and the clinic.
